4) Orders and Contract Formation

• Order acceptance: Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when an order confirmation is issued or goods are dispatched, whichever is earlier. The Site may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at discretion, including suspected reselling, bulk orders, or pricing/stock errors.

• Availability: Quantities are limited. Backorders or delays may occur; the user will be notified with options to wait, modify, or cancel.

• Pricing and taxes: Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

• Errors: In case of pricing or description errors, orders may be canceled or corrected. If already paid, a refund or adjustment will be offered.

5) Payments

7) Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

• Eligibility: Due to the nature of nutraceuticals, returns are accepted only for wrong item shipped, damaged/leaking items on arrival, or quality concerns supported by evidence. Unopened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis within [7–10] days of delivery.

• Process: Initiate requests via vitacarep@gmail.com with order ID, photos/videos, and description within [48 hours] for damage/defect and within [7–10 days] otherwise.

• Inspection: Items may be inspected before approval. Replacement or refund will be issued for approved cases. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within [5–10] business days after approval.

• Non-returnable: Opened, used, or tampered products, items without original packaging, or those beyond the return window are not eligible unless defective.

• COD refunds: COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer/UPI after verification.

• Shipping fees: Original and return shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8) Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals (if offered)

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled.

• Cancellation: Cancel anytime before the next billing date via account or by contacting support; cancellations after billing apply to the next cycle.

20) Force Majeure

• The Site is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, labor disputes, failures of suppliers or carriers, or internet outages.

21) Communications and Consent

• By providing contact information, the user consents to receive transactional communications (order updates, support). Marketing communications are subject to consent and can be opted out at any time via provided channels.

22) Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh.

• Injunctive relief: Nothing prevents seeking interim or injunctive relief from competent courts.

23) Changes to the Site or Terms

24) Severability and Waiver
